About

“If parenthood hasn’t unfolded the way you imagined—whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, grieving a loss, or feeling disconnected—you may be feeling overwhelmed or unsure of yourself. You don’t have to carry this alone; you’re in the right place, and I’m here to support you as you find steadiness, relief, and trust in yourself again.”

Angelica Quezada, LCSW, PMHC, RPLC, IPPE-C, is a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, coach, and educator with specialized expertise in perinatal mental health, reproductive grief and loss, and women’s mental health across the lifespan. She offers compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care to individuals and families navigating fertility journeys, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, pregnancy after loss, birth and medical trauma, and major life transitions such as parenthood, perimenopause, and caregiving.

In addition to her private practice, Angelica serves as a consultant, speaker and instructor, partnering with healthcare systems and mental health organizations to develop high-quality, inclusive clinical programs and provider trainings. She has contributed to nationally recognized initiatives focused on reproductive grief care, quality improvement, and clinician education, and regularly presents at national conferences and facilitates multidisciplinary trainings—all with a deep commitment to ensuring no one has to navigate these tender seasons alone.

At the heart of my work is meeting you exactly where you are—emotionally, culturally, and in this season of your life. I believe therapy and coaching should feel supportive, collaborative, and flexible, so we move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
